Frequently Asked Questions / Saving and Importing Backups
To import HUD layout, hotbars, gear sets, and other settings, right-click your chosen character on the Character Selection screen and select Import Character Settings from the subcommand menu. This will open the Copy Character Settings window. From here, select the character you wish to transfer your settings to and the specific settings to be imported before checking the box labeled "I understand" and selecting OK.
Left-click to select individual settings for import, or right-click to select multiple settings.
* Character appearance data will not be copied. To do so, please refer to this guide and save the appearance data you wish to import first.
