Character

Xenora hails from a small island village near the city-state of Limsa Lominsa. After a particularly nasty storm wiped out that village (and her birth parents along with it), Xenora was taken in by a lovely elderly Roegadyn woman named Syhrbyrgin, another former resident of the now-abandoned, destroyed island.

Tall, imposing, and with a voice that can be heard in all three city-states at once, Syhrbyrgin is fairly typical of Roegadyn mothers. She is stern, expects you to work hard, and can probably drink even the most seasoned sailor under the table without breaking a sweat. Underneath the serious facade, however, is a woman with a wild streak; in her youth, Syhrbyrgin was a seasoned adventurer and, for a time, a pirate. Even in her old age she hasn't quite gotten the hang of following the law to a T.

Perhaps this all rubbed off on Xenora who, despite being a Migo'te of much smaller stature, has the personality of someone twice her size. Loud, crude, and a penchant for only following the rules that benefit her, Xenora can be a bit of a handful. Quite obnoxious in, even, with what some would call an annoyingly upbeat and energetic attitude and no social grace whatsoever. Not that she even notices, really, as she's pretty oblivious to social cues most of the time. Still, she tries her best, and has a surprising nurturing side to her.

Now that she's out on her own, adventuring just as her adoptive mother once did, Xenora has taken upon herself to try her hand at just about everything. Someday she hopes to be a master jack-of-all-trades, but she's got a long way to go. Let's hope she can focus on one thing long enough to master it.

Xenora is on her 23 year since her naming day. Or is it her 24th? She doesn't really keep much track of time passing these days.
