The Digital Fan Festival 2021 special site has been updated with messages to our players from members of the Development and Operations teams. The special site will be updated periodically with additional messages, so feel free to read them over as we draw closer to the event.
Additionally, the Eorzea Café at Home activity has been updated with recipe videos of café menu items so you can tap into your inner culinarian and try recreating these fun dishes!

Moogle Treasure Festival 2021 – The Hunt for Pageantry Commences 14 May!
It gives us great pleasure to announce the Moogle Treasure Festival 2021, a special Fan Festival edition of the Moogle Treasure Trove! Collect irregular tomestones of pageantry by completing specific duties and exchange them with Itinerant Moogles for a host of treasures.
To commemorate this year’s Fan Festival, the Great Serpent of Ringa, Modern Aesthetics - Gyr Abanian Plait, and Ballroom Etiquette - Insufficient Petticoats have been added to the hunt’s assortment of treasures. Don’t worry, the number of irregular tomestones you can obtain from duties has been greatly increased, so you can obtain more items!
But that’s not all! A number of items based on previous design contests have also been added to the lineup!
* Certain design contest items will be made available in future Moogle Treasure Troves, excluding certain items, such as those which can be purchased from NPCs.
* Item exchanges will not be available after the event has ended.
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to reap rich rewards!

One-Time Password Now Compatible with Various Software Authenticators
We recommend that users utilise the one-time password feature to add an additional layer of security to Square Enix accounts. In addition to the existing Square Enix Security Token and Software Token, users may now use various software authenticators for their one-time password needs.

In-Person Attendance Cancelled for Digital Fan Festival 2021
We would like to provide an update regarding the upcoming Digital Fan Festival 2021. Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Japan, the Japanese government has chosen to enact another state of emergency for the Tokyo area. To prioritize the safety and well-being of the community, performers, and staff, we have decided to forgo arrangements for fans to attend the event in-person and will instead proceed without a live audience.
All stage events and digital activities will be carried out as originally planned while following thorough safety guidelines for all participants. Stage events are still planned to be streamed as well, so be sure to join us from home! As this will be our very first Digital Fan Festival that allows players around the globe to participate together, let’s make it fun and unforgettable!
