Useful information Full name: ??? Howe Alias: "Seafra", though his real name is a personal subject. Age: 25 (ARR); 27 (Current) Height: 182 cm Family: two younger siblings Likes: Writing, reading, Dislikes: Slavers, the Garlean Empire
Background Born to laborers from Dalmasca, he was primarily raised in Valnian with his twin brother and youngest siblings. His parents died in a tragic accident when he turned fifteen, forcing him to take odd jobs with his twin brother and, eventually, grew resentful towards the Garleans.
He came to Eorzea approximately five years ago to escape from the Empire, taking what remaining family and friends that were still alive to the Alliance. The result of said escape was due to an incident following a skirmish with the IVth Legion.
He was no stranger to death, but having lost a twin due to the Empire forced him to make a difficult choice—run or die.
And so he ran, taking up his brother's name in memoriam.
Managing to escape the Empire-controlled territories, his family and friends settled down in Gridania. He took on a new identity and began to roam the realm doing odd jobs (mostly that of fishing and mining) while supporting his younger siblings and erstwhile friends.
Instead, much of his misery was through his on-going gambling debts at the Golden Saucer and having to spend a couple of months as a male courier to pay off said debt. Needless to say, he learned many tricks and tools of the trade—being infamously known as a gambler and fashionista.
After paying off his debts, he eventually had the gil to return home; though he quickly discovered that his youngest sister became an adept archer and his younger brother took up tutelage from a master carpenter.
On one fateful day, when returning from Limsa with his brother's supplies—he had a dream that changed everything in an instant.
As the years have passed he has grown weary of being the Warrior of Light, yearning to travel more; possibly farther than The Source itself—to worlds unseen by all.
Notes Personality-wise, he's very sanguine and calm. He's a much more levelheaded individual and empathizes much with the tragedy and loss caused by the Empire.
However, despite this understanding, he does have strong reservations toward those who make the experience worse for others—such as slave-traders, criminals, and even the Empire themselves.
He truly views Eorzea with a realist's view, all the while seeing that there is still good in the people.
