The Say, Yell, and Shout chat modes can be used to send messages to all players within range. Each of these modes has a different range.
Say: Players within close proximity
Yell: Players within a wide range
Shout: All players in your current area
The user interface, or UI for short, refers to the various on-screen elements and menus through which a player interacts with the game. The UI in FFXIV can be adjusted in myriad ways to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.
