For the saddlebags, you can just run "/saddlebag" at the start of your macro to open them.
Since the retainer has to be open and the menu hides your hotbars, retainers can only be sorted from the "User Macros" window or with manual commands, and not with a hotbar button.
Hotbars are all invisible when in Retainer Mode
/isort condition armoury ilv des
/isort execute armoury
/isort condition inventory category asc
/isort execute inventory
/echo "sort complete" <se.1>
Example macro for sorting armory, inventory, retainer (if open), and saddlebag (if open):
/isort condition armoury ilv des
/isort execute armoury
/isort condition inventory category asc
/isort execute inventory
/isort condition retainer category asc
/isort execute retainer
/isort condition saddlebag category asc
/isort execute saddlebag
/echo "sort complete" <se.1>
This second one shows an error if the retainer inventory/saddlebag is not open, but it will sort the armory and inventory every time. Both macros play a tiny sound at the end and announces their completion in echo (so only you see it).
