If you want to use those placeholders you will have to use <stop1/2> (these are the alias used for the ignore enemy signs on JP/DE/FR clients)
i.e the following will not cast any move
/enemysign ignore1 <me>
/action Regen <ignore1>
the following will cast regen on you.
/enemysign ignore1 <me>
/action Regen <stop1>
