North Shroud Fallgourd Float. I cast my line at X:21.0 Y:27.0 Z:0.3 I used crayfish balls for bait, a couple trys using the Patience and Power Hookset actions I snagged a prized Striped Goby, I then used Mooch to recast and caught the Shadow Catfish. Happy Hooking!

Just to add on, I got the Shadow Catfish in Fallgourd Float, using Midge baskets, mooched off an Ala Mhigan fighting fish there.

This one isn't straightforward, you need a Shadow Catfish, so....

Head to North Shroud, Fallgourd Float. Using a Moth Pupa (not the Crayfish Ball mentioned in the quest) you first catch a HQ Striped Goby. Once it's caught you need to use Mooch to leave it on the line, then you should catch the Shadow Catfish.
