The key in the duty first part is to keep Glazrael Saltwind alive. Do not let the front fight with all the foes distract you: If she dies, duty fails, so you need to stick to her and fight foes attacking her.
After the start cut scene, take care: The first thing Glazrael does, is to run to the other side of the area, through out the front wall of foes. You need to ignore that front fight and go with her!
