To follow up on Thanois' post and question - These feathers CAN be bought from the carpenter's guild but they cost 21g each. So unless you want to spend 2k+ gil then it's probably a better idea to follow his advice and collect them yourself! Good luck!

In continuing with my goal to help the community. This quest requires you to gather 99 crows feathers from level 10 mature trees. They can be located in the central shroud near Gilbert's spire. (26xy20) with these I am not sure if you can buy them or not. If you know please leave a comment. This is one that is "hidden" with a 25% chance to uncover it. So use your skills. I hope this helps. *note I do this so that if you are like me, you just gather what you need before you acquire the quest. Why not kill a few birds with one stone, or in this case a hatchet*
