You will need 5 Cloud Cutters using the Hoverworms bait, which can be bought from the location's merchant. The site is Coerthas > Coerthas Central Highlands > Whitebrim Front > 12.4x 14.0y 0.6Z or anywhere close to the area until your fishing skills are accessible.

I can't believe how exact this location needs to be! I was running around like a headless chicken trying to get the fishing to even be available. Turns out you can't just do it from any angle around the Sea of Clouds.

To be able to fish it, go to the ledge at around X:13.5 - Y:14.8. Right outside the Whitebrim Front won't do. It has to be that exact ledge (as far as I can tell).

To be clear, by "Witchdrop" the fishing HOLE is named "Witchdrop" and that is not the same thing as the map pin marked "Witchdrop" that is the chasm you can fall into and take fall damage from.

Go to the map area near "Natalan" which is surrounded by Level 49 monsters, but the cliffs just past the gate are sufficient for skyfishing.

You don't need cloud fishing for this quest but skyfishing which is a trait unlocked at level 45. Witchdrop is easiest place to catch them. 33, 19 area, (bait is hover worm or balloon bug) east of Camp Dragonhead. That being said, I believe since you gain this trait at the level of the quest that you have the ability while performing it.

This is kind of difficult to do when it prevents you from cloud fishing in the first place, until you do the level 55 quest that GIVES you the ability to do so.

Need 5x Cloud Cutter. Found at Sea of Clouds, Coerthas Central Highlands. The bait is Hoverworm or Balloon Bug.

**Can also be found at Witchdrop in Coerthas, but it's a LV50 hole, while the Sea of Clouds is LV45**
