Voiddrake seeds can be purchased from your grand company quartermaster for 500 seals each.
At level 50, you can mine grade 2 shroud topsoil from the Bramblepatch in the East Shroud. It's a hidden item, so it might take a while to find.
With grade 2 Shroud Topsoil, voiddrakes (will now) take 13 hours to grow, and each seed will produce 3 voiddrakes.
