こんちわ！コロです！ °˖☆◝(⁰▿⁰)◜☆˖° 旧FF14サービス開始当初辺り（多分2010年9月30日頃？）から、
Aegis（旧ではFigaro）にて、途中一度休止を挟みながら今でもレガシー民として現在もボチボチ棲息中です。

Korpokkur（コロポックル）とはアイヌの伝承に登場する小人で、「蕗（ふき）の葉の下の人」の意味です。
Kamuy（カムイ）は、よく分からないけどアイヌの信仰で「神格を持つ高位の霊的存在」の意味とか！( ﾟДﾟ)
安易ですが、ララフェルの外観がコロポックルを彷彿とさせたので今の名前に決まりました。
この種族を選んだきっかけは、FF11を遊んでた時タルタルの可愛さに癒されたのでFF14では…と。(^^ゞ

自分は道産子（北海道出身者）なので北海道に縁のある言葉を使おうと言う事で、
独自に決めた命名規則（露語の良さや、種族・外観の特徴を表す等）で、アイヌ語に統一してます。
当然ながらマイキャラの名前から始まり、マイチョコボの名前やリテイナーの名前等々全ての名前にです。

北海道東部の十勝地方にはコロポックルに纏わる伝承が残っていて、十勝川流域に住むその主人公らしき小人は気が小さく怖がりで極端に人見知りだったとか。引っ込み思案な性格が似てるな～と思いました。(´･ω･｀)
