To return or not to return, that is the question.
So it's been a while since I've played XIV or even really bothered with the lode, I glance now and then on here but not much catches my eye.
Been playing the other games in my collection but i am still subbed to XIV for now so what's new in the game? Last time I played I finished the Heavensward story and started the gear grind, grew bored very quick and stopped playing. Have they introduced any new fun stuff to do yet or is it still the 2 dungeon EX roulette and same old grind to gear up to get to Alex to gear grind some more?
Also what's new on here? Seems pretty quiet excluding the drama threads from what I've seen in the bit of time I do browse.
They added Alex savage... Yeah still grind, grind and more grind.
Patch 3.1 should be at the horizon (still don't know when).

You should come back and bring Vheo with you. If the new content is boring, level an alt on Bryn with Vheo until 3.1.

But I can't really think of too much to do right now in game besides Alex (which I only tried once and haven't cleared the fourth floor) and catching up on things like coil. I will go anywhere with you.
3.1 looks like it's gonna have some fun stuff to look forwards too :)
I still haven't tried either of the new primals either so we could try that also :)

Oh, also for "fun" I'm leveling bard but since just grinding is awful I have begun another relic. I got 8 atma yesterday, most of them after just one fate. But I figure if I'm gonna be grinding anyhow might as well get some XP and a shiny weapon glam all at the same time. I'll help you get any other classes up that you want if you don't wanna be stuck tanking everything.

:P Vheo has been more active than me on here and in game though, as for starting an alt on Bryn that's waaaaaaay too much effort. If I ever move to another server it will be a complete move with Ghost.
Maybe I'll come and troll people on Fam with MCH and consistently use blank in dungeons to annoy people >:》
