Character

Aeneis was born in the large city-state of Ala Mhigo a few years before the attack by the Garlean Imperial forces. His father was a sentinel to the city and remained as part the Ala Mhigan resistance. His mother fled with the young boy to Ul Dah in the 3rd great Hyuran migration, where he remained. His mother and father kept in contact until the Fall of Dalamud. The devastation being so great Aeneis and his mother feared the lost of his father. After the beginning of the 7th Astral Era Aeneis reached manhood and having trained in the art of swordplay decided to take up tutelage at the Gladiator's Guild of Ul Dah. Swearing to hone his skills and soul to return to Ala Mhigo and seek out his fathers fate. Then the Echo revealed itself to the young man and his life took a detour. His mother resided in Coerthas studying the aspects of aether and any connections to The Echo she could learn. Though being a knowledgable scholar, she learned little and returned to Ul Dah. There she still lives a quiet life of study, seeking info on the Echo or word of the whereabouts of Aeneis' father. Aeneis begins his own journey down the road to fulfill the fate the power of the Echo asks of him and to forge a destiny beyond.
