全身ミーン装備で、ブラッドブイヤベースHQを使って
作業精度：2572
加工精度：2489
CP：604
でメイン武器を該当するスカイスチールに持ち替えて、以下のマクロでスカイスチールの第2段階・第3段階の素材制作HQ100%で制作できました。
（低品質になった場合は、うまくいかないかも・・・）

※追記
- 第2段階の制作なら、イノベ・グレスト・ビエルゴはいらないので早く制作したいなら抜いてOK
（ただし、低品質になるとHQ100%にならないので注意）
