A Roegadyn, born on the sea, but yearning for adventure beyond salt spray and stormy swells. Naia took to books at an early age, pouring over her seafaring family's every navigational tome. Once old enough to peruse ports at her leisure, she grew her own collection of books, with special interest in introductory texts on the arcane. When at last she decided to leave her family's vessel and follow her own path, Naia found herself en route to the familiar port city of Limsa Lominsa—and immediately set out to the Arcanists' Guild, where she would take her first steps towards becoming a Scholar.
