Yeah to simplify they made it so most #d abilities now become the higher number. Less dots but the potency on both dots has been upped slightly and the amount which ruin does has gone up 20 points

bio becomes bio ii, miasma ii is gone, and shadow flare is insta-cast but has half duration and a 60sec cd now.
