Citara was found wandering Vana'diel alone at a young age. Maylith, an elvaan adventurer, found the young Mi'quote and decided to take her under her wing. She gave her a name and taught her the ways of an adventurer. When she was old enough and Maylith was unable to teach her any more, Citara and Maylith set off to Eorzea. Maylith fights no longer and can sometimes be found in the market wards. Citara, however, is following in her mentors footsteps and is out in the world, exploring and fighting, trying to make a name for herself.
Through her travels, she met some good friends. They were first friends of her mentor Maylith. Maylith had always told her that if she needed any assistance, to call upon them. They were good to Maylith and are now good to her. Citara is now one of Cursed Battalion, joining her mentors adventuring family.
Citara is now trying her own hand at being a mentor to her new path companion. She met this young Lalafel and gave him the name of Lucian. She couldn't say no to him. Deep down, she sees a little of herself in him and want to help him live out his dreams of becoming an adventurer himself.
