A tattoo behind Miqo'te neck

Several months ago, when I fantasized myself from Midlander male into Miqo'te, there was a tattoo behind the Miqo'te neck that couldn't be removed. So, I assumed that all Miqo'tes have tattoo behind their neck.
Until recently, my FC had a beach party that everyone in their swimsuit which I just realized that not all Miqo'tes have tattoo behind their neck.

That is the legacy tattoo for having played the 1.0 version of the game. And I do believe there is an option to toggle it on and off, but idk where that function is, and I'm too lazy to go look.
