Speak with Kipih Jakkya in Ul'dah - Steps of Nald (X:8.5 Y:9.7) to accept the quest "In the Dark of Night".

Speak with Noctis in New Gridania (X:11.4 Y:11.3) to accept the quest "Messenger of the Winds".
You can play the event "A Nocturne for Heroes" again via the Seasonal Event Replay feature. This feature is available to those who completed the event in 2019 or 2021, and also those who complete it for the first time on this occasion.
If you've completed the "Messenger of the Winds" quest, speak to Kipih Jakkya to make use of the Seasonal Event Replay feature. Once you use the feature, the following quests will be treated as incomplete, allowing you to play them again.
* You cannot obtain rewards by using the Seasonal Event Replay feature.
* Journal entries will show the quests as complete, even if you choose to replay them.
If you use the Seasonal Event Replay feature, you will not be able to purchase or exchange quest-related items from the Ironworks hand or recompense officers until all of the above quests have been completed.
Additionally, if you have used the Seasonal Event Replay feature and the event period ends before you have completed the above quests, you will not be able to purchase or exchange items related to those quests, even if you completed them prior to using the replay feature.
Please make sure you give yourself enough time during the event to complete all of the quests if you choose to replay them.
