Start at either the SW corner of Dotharl Khaa or the NE corner of the village (past the stone arch), you can farm the Manzasiri from one end to the other, mount up, go back to your starting point, wait for the respawn (it doesn't take long), rinse and repeat. The drop rate isn't too horrible. Just stick to it!

Draccaria Skye Zalera [Crystal]

the drop rate itself is pretty low, but its balanced out by the fact that they can drop up to like 8 at once

Melinoe Tenebris Siren [Aether]

To the most recent comment, I was able to get 52 hairs in 10 minutes. It really is just a matter of luck I guess. I do suggest brining a chocobo to make it a bit easier.

Kuzan Mori Lamia [Primal]

To the most recent guy, you're wrong. Farmed for about 45~min only got ~15.
I kill them within ~30 seconds each the drop rate is VERY low as aforementioned.. goodluck
