■Issues That Were Occurring
・In Retainer Ventures, sometimes it was possible to send a retainer to procure items even if the item level was insufficient.
・In retainer ventures, sometimes the number of reward items was higher than it should be.
■■Compensation Eligibility and Details
▽Eligible Customers
Customers who received fewer reward items than displayed when they executed a retainer venture from the Companion app.
*Compensation was provided in the following cases.
・ If you executed delivery missions on the Companion app while the issue was occurring, and then received the rewards in-game.
・If you executed delivery missions in the Companion app while the issue was occurring, and received the rewards in-app after the issue was fixed.
▽Compensation Details
The Kupo Nuts or Mog Coins that were consumed when executing the delivery mission will be compensated with complimentary Mog Coins.
*The compensated Mog Coins will be displayed as “Compensatory Mog Coins” in the Companion app menu under Account > History > Gained.

・Retainer Name
・Name of the item from the retainer venture (If you do not remember, please state “Unknown”)
