    A community to play together with friends on the same World.

    Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
    The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
    No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

    A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

    Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

    Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
    Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

    A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

    Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

    PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

Welcome to The «PRIDE» Collective! We’re an 18+ LGBTQIA+ Free Company on Aether|Faerie, where fabulous adventurers and allies of the Rainbow Mafia come to slay!

We’re serving a medium-sized active community where both the socially active and introverted can feel comfortable and fabulous. We believe in creating a space where everyone's voice is heard and no one gets lost in the crowd of a larger Free Company.

What we're about:
We’re a fun-loving, laid-back group that lives for a good laugh and a bit of cheeky humor. If you're easily offended by playful adult banter, you might need to reconsider. But if you can appreciate a well-timed joke and enjoy a lively, unfiltered chat, then honey, you’ll fit right in!

• Weekly events that keep the party going—it's giving good vibes: maps, mount farms, and more!
• Sprout-friendly environment with experienced members ready to help, from crafting to Savage/Ultimate raids. We’ve got your back, darling!
• Spoiler-free gaming (spoiler channel in Discord) because we love a good reveal at the right moment.
• Discounted Housing, FC Buffs (Level 2 and 3), and more fabulous perks.
• An active Discord with channels spanning game topics and help, as well as outside interests like art, music, memes, cooking, and more. Werk those interests! Make a new bestie! Post those glamor shots and selfies, gorj!


Joining us:
Ready to join this fierce and fabulous crew? Swing by our placard in-game at (Lavender Beds Plot 36, Ward 2) and leave your contact preferences and info (in-game or Discord). One of our officers will reach out to chat about the FC, get to know you better, and make sure we’re your perfect match.

Basic rules we stand by:

• Respect is key, darling. Disagreements happen, but handling them productively is what matters. No drama, just solutions.
• Remember, this is a game. We’re here to enjoy it and get good at it together!
• FFXIV has diverse play styles. Respect how your fellow gamers play the game. Don’t yuck someone else’s yum!


Communication:

• Act with respect and social etiquette in our channels. Our chats are where we grow our connections.
• While we’re an 18+ FC and casual adult talk is welcomed, please keep overly graphic NSFW conversations to the NSFW channels. Not everyone wants to read graphic content during their game time.


Conflict Resolution:

• If you have a problem with another member, we encourage you to approach them directly and try to resolve the disagreement amicably. Kind, candid feedback often helps others adjust their behavior.
• If you don’t feel comfortable handling it directly, or if your attempts are not successful, report concerns ASAP for the best chance at a comfortable resolution. Officers are here to help.
• Provide details, timelines, and screenshots if possible. Submit concerns via the ✉-mod-messenger channel.
• If a disagreement requires officer attention, let us know via Discord or in-game. Do not retaliate or argue in chat channels. Take it to DMs or inform an officer.


Respect and Inclusion:

• This is an LGBTQIA+ Ally Free Company, and we maintain an environment of affirmation and mutual respect. Homophobia, transphobia, racism, or other discriminatory/toxic behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.
• Respect pronouns. It’s always OK to ask or check pronoun roles on Discord. Intentional misgendering will result in immediate removal.


Inactivity:
We want an active and thriving community, so we kick for inactivity after a few months if not given a reason. Feel free to send us a note for extended time away to retain your status or reach out when you return for an invitation back.

Hi guys , 've been looking for a home with my people for years no luck, i even tried contacting "bear gamers and other bear gaming forums and no one knows any FCs on ff14, only WoW (yuck)
