The Feast Regional Championship (FRC) begins tomorrow, September 8!

In the wake of the most exciting Feast competition to date, we are here to share some details with you regarding the FRC semifinals, and also PvP-related updates that are scheduled for Patch 4.4! Let's begin with the FRC semifinals!

◆ FRC semifinals

The FRC semifinals will kick off tomorrow, Saturday the 8th of September and go through Sunday the 9th of September (or Monday 10 depending on your time zone!). The entire show will be streamed live on our Twitch channel! The top six Chaos teams from preliminaries will compete against each other to decide which teams will move up to the finals in Paris during the European Fan Festival 2019 in February!

We're bringing over Bar Boron as guest commentator for the show, so be sure to check out the stream!

◆ Patch 4.4 Updates

While we're all hyped up with the FRC semifinals, we also have PvP-related updates coming in Patch 4.4!

Adjust PvP-specific HUD elements from the Wolves' Den Pier!

We've received a lot of feedback requesting to be able to adjust PvP-specific HUD elements outside of a match, and this will become available from Patch 4.4! While you will only see the border layout of the HUD element, you can now adjust them outside of a match, so take your time to create the perfect setup!

Quick Chat: Focus Attack

Since the Feast was first implemented, many strategies have been born by the players! The most popular however, a countdown used to focus attack on a single target to deal burst damage* has been implemented as a quick chat feature.
* Burst damage is a method where team members focus their attacks, typically paired with their strongest buffs and abilities, at the same time to knock out a specific player.

With this, new players won't have to prepare a macro, and the sound and visuals makes it easier to focus attack on a target. We also have a quick chat to cancel the focus target as well.

These quick chat options can be executed by a text command as well, so you could include it as part of your macro!
