Take to the sky with Alsvid, a new unicorn mount!

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Support-a-Streamer campaign going live alongside Patch 7.55 on 28 July! This campaign will give eligible participants the chance to unlock Alsvid, a unicorn whose rainbow mane makes it the rarest of its kind.

Players will be able to obtain Alsvid by purchasing or gifting three Twitch subscriptions while watching eligible FINAL FANTASY XIV channels during the campaign period.

Campaign Rewards

Purchase or gift three (3) Twitch subscriptions while watching any channel streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online and receive an item code via your Twitch notifications for the following reward:

• Three (3) Twitch Subscriptions: Alsvid Whistle

How to Participate

• Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
• Ensure Twitch notifications are enabled in your account settings so you can receive your reward: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/notifications
• Visit any Twitch Partner or Affiliate channel streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online.
• While the channel is streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online, purchase or gift a cumulative of three (3) subscriptions of any tier to earn the reward. Prime subscriptions and subscriptions gifted anonymously will not count toward the campaign.
• The channel must also have the category set to "FINAL FANTASY XIV Online" to be eligible.
• Please note that the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Twitch Support-A-Streamer campaign will begin on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 at 9:00 (GMT) / 10:00 (BST) / 19:00 (AEST) and run until Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 8:59 (GMT) / 9:59 (BST) / 18:59 (AEST).
• Any subscriptions purchased or gifted outside of this date range will not count towards this campaign.

Redeeming Your Item Code

• Log into the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station with your Square Enix account.
• Under "Registration Codes", select "Enter Item Code", then follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your code.
• Please ensure that you select the appropriate service account and character as the recipient of the items.

Item Code Details

•  A service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV must be registered to your Square Enix account to use this item code. Item codes cannot be redeemed on a Free Trial account.
• Reward items will be distributed to a single character of your choice on a selected service account.
• Item codes can only be redeemed once.
• Please do not lose this item code, as a replacement code cannot be issued.
• The transfer or sale of this item code by any means is strictly prohibited.
• It may be possible to obtain this item via other means in the future.
• This item code does not expire. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Square Enix reserves the right to establish an expiration date for this item code by providing advance notice via appropriate channels.
• Twitch notifications containing the item code will expire after 90 days. Once expired, or if it has been deleted, the notification and item code cannot be recovered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate in the campaign if I do not have an active FINAL FANTASY XIV subscription?
Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive an FFXIV item code. However, the item code can only be redeemed on an active FFXIV service account.

Can I participate in the campaign if I only have an FFXIV Free Trial account?
Yes. However, this item code cannot be redeemed on a Free Trial account. Item codes can only be redeemed on an account that has registered the full version of FINAL FANTASY XIV (Starter Edition/A Realm Reborn, Complete Edition, etc.).

Can I participate in the campaign if I do not have an FFXIV account or a Square Enix Members account?
Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive a FFXIV item code. However, the item code can only be redeemed on an active FFXIV service account. Square Enix Members accounts are not related to FFXIV and will not work for item redemption.

How do I purchase or gift a subscription on Twitch?
Users must first log into Twitch, using either a web browser or mobile device. Purchases may be made on either a web browser or a mobile device. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here, and information on purchasing gift subscriptions can be found here.
Subscriptions cannot be gifted anonymously if users wish to participate in the campaign.

How many subscriptions do I need to purchase or gift? Which Tier(s) are eligible for the campaign?
Users may purchase or gift any combination of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 subscriptions. Users need to purchase three cumulative subscriptions of any tier, which can be three Tier 1 subscriptions, or any combination of tiers as long as it is three total purchases. The purchased subscriptions can be delivered all at once, or one at a time over the course of the campaign, across multiple participating channels, or done on a single channel.
Prime subs are excluded.

How do I confirm which channels are eligible for the campaign?
All Twitch Partners and Affiliates streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online on Twitch with the category set to "FINAL FANTASY XIV Online" are eligible.

Where can I find my campaign rewards once I've earned them?
The campaign reward code will be delivered to your Twitch notification inbox once it has been earned. To receive your code, you must have Twitch notifications enabled on your account.

Please note that Twitch notifications automatically expire after 90 days. Once the notification has expired, or if it has been deleted, neither the notification nor the item code can be recovered.

 Can I purchase or gift subscriptions beyond three to get additional item codes?
You will only be able to receive the campaign reward code once per Twitch account.

I previously gifted subs on a participating channel. Does that count for the campaign?
No. Users must gift a Twitch subscription during the campaign period, and only while the broadcaster is streaming FFXIV. If the broadcaster is streaming a different title during this campaign, users will not earn progress towards the reward items.

I purchased subs on a participating channel but did not receive my code. Who can I contact?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your code(s) to appear in your Twitch notifications box. After this period has elapsed, we ask that you contact Twitch Customer Support for any further enquiries: help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport

Are there any restrictions on which regions are eligible to receive the campaign rewards?
There are no regional restrictions on participating in the Twitch campaign. However, please note that the campaign rewards cannot be redeemed on FINAL FANTASY XIV accounts for the Korean or Chinese versions.
