[Recovery]Recovery from Japanese Data Centre Character Information Update Difficulties (Dec. 22)

During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties that may have prevented characters from displaying correctly on the Lodestone, Online Store, Mog Station, FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, and the FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums. We are pleased to announce that the technical difficulties have been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while the matter was being addressed.

Should the character information be incorrect as a result of these technical difficulties, it will be updated to the correct image by logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV with the corresponding character and changing their equipment.
