About Free Companies

A community to play together with friends on the same World.

Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.
About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.
Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
About PvP Teams

A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.
PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

We offer:

❣ ACTIVE MEMBERS ❣
We welcome a wide range of players to our company, from brand new players (i.e., sprouts) to legacy players. In-game and on our Discord server, you'll find an active and diverse social community. Our players tend to be most active in-game and on Discord in the evenings and late into the night in North American timezones, however plenty of folks also hop on even during daytime hours and we have several international members, which allows us to keep our FC buffs up around the clock, which reduces your teleporting fees and helps you level.

❣ WEEKLY & HOLIDAY EVENTS ❣
Each week, members can expect the chance to jump in on events focused on running content, including maps and mount farms. However, we also hold bigger events over the holidays: at these, you can expect scavenger hunts, games, and prizes at our seasonally updated house in the Goblet. Additionally, any and all members with an idea are encouraged to develop and host their own events.

We believe that free companies are for making new friends to share our interests with, no matter what they are. We also believe that those who can help, should. As a result, this company is full of helpers and enthusiasts who are happy to share knowledge and support.

► Interested in trying out new content? In-game and on Discord, you'll have access to support, resources, and advice from a number of veteran players who've cleared a wide range of game content, including savage and ultimates. We'll help you find a group and get started.

► Interested in other video games, tabletop, or anime? Our Discord channels offer spaces to discuss other shared interests and enjoy them together.

❣ AN INCLUSIVE, MATURE ENVIRONMENT ❣
Because our FC chats can contain explicit language or references to M-rated properties, we strongly suggest members be over 18. However, we prioritize player safety and comfort, and maintain a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, stalking, and bullying. We encourage players to communicate directly with one another about their comfort levels and boundaries, but should conflicts arise, our officers are happy to help mediate issues to prioritize member comfort, so that you can stay excited to play with our community.

I'm returning back to the game after a 2yr hiatus. The FC I was in previously has since disbanded, so I am now looking for another Company to join. I'm a pretty casual player, and try to be online as often as I can after work/school.
