About Free Companies

A community to play together with friends on the same World.

Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.
About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.
Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
About PvP Teams

A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.
PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

Eternal Gaez <GAEZ> is recruiting! We're an active Rank 30 FC with a medium house in Mist (Limsa Lominsa) looking to grow into a medium-sized Free Company, and are seeking like minded and interested adventurers to join our community. We are a friendly Free Company with members who are always willing to lend a hand, including: roulettes, leveling, crafting/gathering, story progression, or higher end duties. If you're looking for a place to call home and for a warm and welcoming community, Eternal Gaez may be the place for you!

Eternal Gaez is a LGBTQIA+ centered community that welcomes fellow members and allies. We aim to facilitate and provide a place in game and through Discord for connection and community. Members can be as socially engaging or in voice chat as much or as little as they are comfortable with, and can be as skilled or as novice (sprout!) as they are. You are all welcome among us. We also promote inclusivity and diversity - half of our officers and a significant number of our members are trans or nonbinary. Because of this, we ask that all members are kind, respectful, and generally avoid drama.

We are a very active Free Company with the routine perks of a Free Company, including scheduled Free Company buffs, discounted housing walls/crafted items, and a Free Company house for general hanging out. We consistently place in the top five of active Free Companies on Faerie and host regular weekly events, including mount farms, bicolor/fate farming, ocean fishing, unreal clears, and treasure map nights, among other events. We also do seasonal or irregular events such as celebrating Pride Month in June (where we will host raffles and events), seasonal glam nights, movie nights, board game nights, and fireside chats.

Please note that we are an 18+ Free Company and our conversations both in game and in discord reflect that. Please keep that in mind before applying.

Heya! I'm a returning player looking for a friendly LGBTQ+ space. This is a new character on Faerie on my PC but I played up through 7.0 on console at Dawntrail release. I've mostly done super casual content in my time with the game but I'm open to trying more once I get leveled up. RDM/PCT/WHM are my favs but planning to give some other jobs more focus this time around. Let me know if I sound like a good fit. :)
