Field and Forge Industries is looking for active members. Those that are into content, want to RP, or just want to have a casual group of friends. We are laid back, helpful, and active despite the small size. We do not mind if you are new to the game or long time veterans. We welcome the ability to help you grow! As a rank 30 Free Company we provide daily buffs for XP and Travel expenses as well as those for crafting or raiding when required! We will help you with MSQ and getting yourself through the story. We love to relive it ourselves! We believe that all people are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the game! If you are new to writing in the FFXIV environment - That's okay too! We are happy to help be a landing place for your first RP's and will encourage you every step of the way!

We believe in protecting the game experience as much as possible. So, we do not support or put up with bullying of any kind. You'll be safe here. Are you different? That's okay. We like different!

Some of us are parents with full time jobs, so we do not have a requirement of activity. Real Life always comes first for us and if you need support from your FC, we will always be available to assist in game or via our discord.

Some additional pieces of information,
Where these things are not currently set in stone, we are looking for bring great activity back to the game from a content perspective. This means we are open to and enjoy running:
- Maps
-Trials/Ex included
- Raids/ Some are savage raiders but we have no expectation of anyone being one.
- Deep Dungeon
- Dailies (of course)

No, we do not currently have some calendar of events that dictate when things will be held. We are open to it with the guise of it being optional, as we also understand that people have lives. The game should be fun and not a job.

If you are looking to attend events crafted FOR you regularly without your input or support, where you can just attend the work of someone else - we may not be for you as we want all people to be included in the drive "To Start".

This means, if you are looking to help with those events, assist in the instruction and drive, the creation and the management of something you are very passionate about, we will help you get there. We will attend and support as much as we will also create and lead additional ones.

From an RP perspective - We are a World Balancing Free Company, we mostly adhere to the lore of the game. We love a little Slice of Life(pick your own spice preference), but also mature themes, action packed, danger, plotting, even some criminal activity can be and is often afoot.
