Mission Statement: The mission of The Shopper's Guild is to develop a fun, engaging, and philanthropic gaming community focused on promoting the personal growth of knowledge, skills, and resources within its membership.

About Us:

We are currently seeking:
Twitch and YouTube Streamers (paid positions/sponsorships available).
Planning and organizers (volunteers).
Teachers and content creators for all types of games. (e.g.; Teach people to play professionally, create game wikis...)
Leadership (In-Game Officers, Executives)
Members (Casual gamers, etc.)

All Gamers Needed
We accept all types of people from different backgrounds. We have an anti-discrimination policy and accept people from all beliefs and groups. This includes religious beliefs, sex and sexual orientation, financial status, race, age, and national origin.

No Cheating
We do not allow the use of any cheating or third party tools or real money transactions (RMT), in line with FFXIV's terms of service and security policies.

The Shopper's Guild was created to allow gamers to pursue their dreams of becoming pro gamers and create a community for casual gamers to play with friends in a safe environment, as well. We do believe that the gaming industry lacks organized guilds such as ours, due to most gamers not having the extraordinary ability to game full time, as well as the gaming industry's lack of ability to provide oversight for the massive amount of players with lots of individual needs. We also notice that many of the top teams across various games are inconsistent, take for example the recent World Race where the top team was found to be exploiting third party software, which was against the rules of the event. The gaming industry is ripe with opportunity for commercial success, but also beloved by a community of millions of talented and passionate enthusiasts.

This is a community where people can do what they love most, play games, and through the games, they can:
Learn.
Teach.
Compete.
Earn, &

Update January 2, 2025: We are still recruiting core members for the pro team (two or three spots available) as well as organizers, planners, and volunteers. As the new year is upon us, we have worked out that going forward, some of our most key values are friendliness among peers, organization, strong financials, long-lasting dedication, powerful alliances with like-minded organizations, loyalty, among the others listed previously... We want gamers to be able to teach, learn, earn, volunteer, and compete.

We also want to create partnerships with brands for streamers who join us, as well as fun events for our casual members and alliance. We know from experience that there are many wonderful guilds and companies and clans out there that share our dedication, and we want to compete to be the best among them! Our goal is growth year-over-year as well as expansive leadership in the industry, piloted by volunteers and experts alike. A safe place for gamers everywhere to excel at their craft and gain benefits from that.

Update January 11, 2025: We have recruited a few members and now have regular activity during the day and night. We are still limited to only a few members on FFXIV, but we have added lots of people to our Discord and started organizing things, slowly. We have some people interested in playing Minecraft, Rainbow Six, and personally I am a big fan of The Division 2. We may do a game night this week and play some survival sandbox games like Ark: Survival Evolved, or next week and play some Steam games.

We ran our first Dungeon and Trial together as a Guild the other day.

We ranked up a few members who have been helping, such as HoppieBaggins, who made it to the rank of Sergeant in a short amount of time, due largely to his contributions to organizing, administration, and his levels of game activity.

I added some guidelines for ranking up in the Guild to our Discord, and we created a rules channel as well, which will allow us to create a Community Discord at some point. We've enabled Streaming Mode on Discord, and encourage everyone to stream some games, any time they want! Our goal with streaming is to create a platform where our members who are interested in streaming or other gaming-industry related businesses, can share their craft with our audience.
