    A community to play together with friends on the same World.

    Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
    The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
    No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

    A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

    Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

    Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
    Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

    A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

    Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

    PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

Thriving on endless amounts of chaotic energy, there is never a dull moment with KoTH. Every five minutes there is another joke being formed from within an already frenzied gathering of some kind. We don't take ourselves too seriously and welcome anyone and everyone who can match our energy and desire to kick back, have fun, and maybe stir up some mayhem. But hey, if that's not your cup of tea and you just want the buffs, that's totally cool, too. And we don't kick you if you need to take a break from the game, or make you jump through hoops to join. KoTH was founded to be laidback, and we are!

Seriously though, behind the slightly unhinged exterior is an actual brilliant group of people who are always happy to help. We've got different levels of completion, with some hardcore raiders, some hardcore crafters, and some who are happy to be floor tanks and take the hits so you don't have to. But put out a cry for help and people are ready to spring into action, don their armour and jump into the fray to help you clear for the MSQ, the mount farm, or whatever else you need. Hey, we might even just offer to drag you into something new that you didn't even know existed! (it's how most of our veteran members got their mounts!)

We host map nights, run dailies, mount farms, silly glam contests, and so much more. Some things are planned, some are more "hey, anyone fancy it?" As more people clear the MSQ we'll have harder content on a more regular basis, too.
And we're not just limited to the World of Eorzea. Outside of the game, we hang out in the discord a lot, have paint nights for the warhammer/minipainting fans among us - also play among us - and sometimes spice things up with other games like Jackbox.
