    A community to play together with friends on the same World.

    Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
    The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
    No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

    A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

    Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

    Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
    Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

    A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

    Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

    PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

Sylphic Serenity is a close-knit 18+, sprout, and LGBTQ+ friendly guild. We welcome people of all skill levels, backgrounds, and interests to join us!

We host events like mount farms, treasure map groups, alliance raids, holiday get-togethers and much more!
There is a community discord on the FC board where we keep all these things up to date, poll, and announce them. We also have channels for ffxiv discussion, memes, and other fun topics, though joining is not a requirement.

Most nights we average 20 active players. Feel free to ask people for help with dungeons, trials, how to play, and more!

We are one of the most active and fun communities on Marilith if you ask me. Good place to make some long term friends :)

Come hangout out on our lovely new beachside house in the Mist at Ward 26, plot 35! If you'd like to get a feel for the FC before joining, some of our pixies may be hanging out in the yard.

Check out our Carrd made by one of our officers, full of gposes, event schedules, and other info about us.

There are some very basic rules we ask people to follow:

1. Don't start drama in FC chat if possible. If you have an issue, contact any of our officers about it, or try to resolve it in private.

2. Never force anyone into ERP, or any other uncomfortable situations without explicitly asking them beforehand for consent.

3. No big spoilers of the story- keep it in a private chat- or we have channels to discuss that in our discord :) Names of duties or locations are OK, but try to keep important plot details out.

4. This is an 18+ FC. We do allow some adult themed discussions in chat, however, we do not condone ERP or anything of that nature in the FC chat itself. Also, please no trauma dumping or possibly sensitive topics in the chat.

5. There is a 90-day login requirement. If we find you haven't logged in in that long, you could be kicked. Anyone kicked for inactivity is more than welcome to reapply though! If you inform us beforehand that you will be taking a break, you won't be kicked.
