What is [Flame]?
We are a small-sized, multinational FC with some of the most diverse rosters out there.
Majority of our members are from the EMEA region and we are focused around EU timezones.
We have newer and veteran players so we do all kinds of content. We also have social games and events!
We are players that have met in this FC at some point and became friends. Each member has brought something unique that shaped [Flame] into what it is today.
We are all adults with jobs and, typically, you will find most of us online later in the evening.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people that have the same goal as us! We welcome everyone regardless of who they are or what their playstyle is. It is also absolutely fine if you are a new player or aren't super active.
However, we hope that potential new members joining us will participate in activities occasionally.
As long as you want to enjoy the game with us and join for some fun, we'll be more than happy to have you.
We're not doing any hardcore raiding so if you're looking for a current-endgame static then we're not a good match for you, but we do older endgame content synced and unsynced.
We hold content and social events based on demand and we don't force people to join every time. Our social events are made with everyone in mind so don't worry about missing out due to game restriction!
You have to be 18+ and speak at least basic English.
We ask all our members to join and follow our discord as most of our FC activities and communication outside of the game are done there and we're heavily discord-oriented.

What can we provide?
* We do plenty of events like maps, mount farms, photosets and other activities (including dailies, naturally).
* Discord dedicated exclusively to FC. We have games, music and, of course, memes.
* We do smaller statics for content like Deep Dungeons and Field Zones as well as others (again, based on demand).
* Omnicrafters and Omnigatherers. FC chest with goodies and submarines to get stuff!
* Experienced players to assist with, literally, any type of content you might need.
* Starter tips, leveling, job workshops, content progression, social activities, crafting amenities. This is but a fraction of guidance and help that we can provide.
* If you are looking for some screenshot enthusiasts then you'll fit in just great!
* Friendly and lively atmosphere. We always have people around on discord and in game during our active hours window (refer to CF info section).
* We play many other games outside of FFXIV with members on a daily basis.

Our mission?
We have been around for a while (since 2019) as an FC/Community and are aiming to build a place to last!
We want [Flame] to be an FC that does everything and offers a pleasant atmosphere for all types of players.
We hope to make [Flame] a place where everyone can feel at home, no matter who they are or what they do.
We strive to create and keep a place where members are not just some strangers.
We aim to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible while also providing everything they need in the game.
Ultimately, we just want to enjoy the game together, no matter if its a round of daily roulettes, Baldesion Arsenal or just a simple RP mingling with some chitchat and, perhaps, make friends along the way!
