日常１３４５　今日は集中できる気がしない

おはようございます、みほしです

めったに飲み会とか行かないミホシですが、昨日は行った。

酒飲んだ！

帰ってきて、エキルレ行きました。



その後は。。。

ねむ～～～い


基本的にお酒を飲んでも態度は変わりませんが、ただ眠くなるのがミホシです

今日は絶エデンを・・・あぁ・・・無理だこれｗ

私も　お酒飲むと一時的に　すごく眠くなります。
もともと　お酒には強くないですし。



お酒って　飲んだ後一時的にすごく眠なったあとに　覚醒フェーズがあるんです。

なので

寝酒は　寝ている途中覚醒を引き起こすので、良質な睡眠には良くないと言われています。

まあ　たまに飲むのでしたら　問題ないですね。

私自身、酔うのが嫌いで、お酒は誘われたタイミングでしか行かないのです。
なので、お酒の心配はあまりないかも・・・！
