it's been a good run but it's time for me to move onto greener pastures like WoW.
I don't regret playing, it was really really good at the time and while it lasted. (I started in 2021 I think just before endwalker came out).
Realm Reborn - Endwalker absolute masterpiece of a game I really loved all of it thankyou for it Square.
It also got me to play the Nier games which I loved too! Fantastic games. Overall it was worth the money :)

I just don't think it's suiting me anymore, like... stockings for male chars in the mogstore and that weird as realistic cat mount thing, the weird anti social 'community' nah this deffo a solo mmo now cos sanity is important, minimal to no raid opportunities even with my experience of successful savage raiding under my belt which took me time to achieve and no not cos the content is hard cos it really aint...at all...(the challenge is such a farce) but becos finding 7 other ppl who wanna do it and/or can find the time to do it, who aren't complete a-holes and/or who don't give up after a couple tries is the actual difficult part of it, strange toxic positivity (e.g being fake) which replaces any real human interactions online, or straight up toxicity 'if u don't know the mechs get out' or 'you don't have those raid numbers on that illegal site get out', or peeps rage leaving after one wipe, the fact Square condone staff members who say disgusting things about other people on social media by doing nothing about it (looking at the whole Kate C thing), also how Dawntrail is clearly focused on being dei approved and woke and it's just badly written, not funny and not interesting. (yeah ok it seemed slightly better after 7.3 but the damage has already been done).
I think the final straw for me was heading to a large house for the first time after years of hard work with my little old 50 million gil and bidding on it with 30+ other people (in the quietest time the games been in years!) and losing and then trying again the next week and getting nowhere XD While looking at wards absolutely chock full of houses with the same 3 letter name owner. Square don't care and they do nothing about this. Nah this isn't fun.
At least in WoW they won't take my house off me if I unsub and everyone gets one.
