I finally got to my very first dungeon quest this morning!
I did the little tutorial battles that taught me about holding aggro on groups and avoiding damage... but I'm still scared to join the duty finder.
I sometimes(all the time) worry about making people angry. I would feel really bad if I joined a group as a tank and let them down somehow.
I logged off and I'm watching the Witcher on Netflix to work up some courage! Then I'm going to give tanking a try.
It's Satasha, so it can't be that hard, right?
Fingers and toes crossed for me please, friends. And toss a coin to your Witcher, oh valley of plenty. Oh-oh-ooooooh!

As someone who has been tanking for a long time I get the first time gitters. Don't worry about it and just do it. Tanking is not hard and no one is perfect.
Thanks for the kind words! I'll do my best. :)
Tanking is relatively easy now. You could still face issue with random team members.
If you are a bit afraid, you could go in duty finder with a friend that comes as a healer. You'll have only the two dps random. It helps the first time.
Excellent advice. Thank you! :)
I see you are a low tank. Tanking in the lower dungeons is VERY easy. Just make sure your stance is on and spam the AOE attack, rinse and repeat. For bosses, just use the attacks that generate aggro to make sure he is on you.
By the time you get to the harder stuff, you will be used to what to do and it will be second nature.
And DON'T make people pressure you into pulling too much, you pull what you can handle.
