Level 50 White Mage

And we're back here, overlevelled and cute. I've just done Haukke Manor, and I think that means I am on my way to Titan, but I am trying to catch up on things I haven't done, like the hunting logs and a bunch of class quests. I've been rediscovering how fun roleplaying is, and daydreaming about Belle's story and character while doing stuff like gathering helps things along.

Today I'm playing Dungeons & Dragons. My group is okay, but I can't help comparing it to FFXIV RP and gameplay right now. One comes up lacking, but maybe I'm just suffering from XIVbrain? Anyway, since it is my first ARR class to 50, I thought I'd attach a picture of me when I finished my WHM 50 quest. c:

To be honest, D&D tends to be more about the numbers and kicking the ass of goblins and orcs for a lot of people then having conversations pretending to be someone else.

Of course that happens sometimes, but people want to swing swords, sling spells, and kill many weird things. ;p

Y'all must it have very exciting D&D groups. Ran mine last night and it was phenomenal!

@Annabel: My experience is that it tends to be one way or the other. I've had very few D&D groups that are in between. I've played a lot of D&D that's very focused on story and characters, but then there are the murderhobos.

@Ronove: I'm so glad you had fun!
