easiest way..is to join a FC that has a house in shiro..(even if just temporarily) so you can port to the FC house..and then find their plot/ward manually

I accomplished this daunting task by: Looking at the loadstones Search menu above
Community>Free Company Search>Clicked on the magnifying Glass>Typed in the Name> GUESSED they are on the same server as you ( Behemoth)> Members. NOW you can send an in-game /Tell to any of them.
Hope you arent' harassing someone or stalking them <.<
