So I found this and I think it is perfect for what I do in the game; you know, considering my age and all. LOL
Though sometimes I feel like I REALLY need to scold them like their mother for many, MANY reasons. ;-)
But.. it's always seemed like you wanted to be everyone's mother 🤔.. now I'm confused 🤷♂️

BLM’s won’t move from their spot and melee dps’s won’t give up their rotation to move out of the way or come into healing range.

And i’m only motherly here, in the game itself i am a TOTALLY different person. ;-)
Honestly this is how I feel a lot of the time. Like a mother. This is a game people! It's supposed to be fun. FOR EVERYONE.
Stop being bad and selfish and standing in AOEs, etc.
Go learn some mechanics instead of just winging it.
I have had to let so many DPS die because the tank needed me while the DPS is off seeing how much damage they can TAKE instead of deal to the enemies.
