I SURE would like to know why I got this when I KNOW I have been in my house within the last 30 days.

■Estates Subject to Removal
Type: private estate
World: Faerie
Plot: Plot 10, 17 Ward, MistSubdivision
Removal Date: 2020-03-20 19:00:00 (PST)
*Days related to maintenance, server outages, or other times when the server is not operational (“Maintenance Events”) do not count towards the total inactivity time period. As a result, the actual removal date may be subject to delay due to such Maintenance Events. (The removal will never occur before the aforementioned Removal Date.)
*Conditions for removal:
・The free company estate has not been accessed by at least one member of the free company within 45 days, or a private estate has not been accessed by the owner within 45 days; or
・An estate has not been built within 45 days after a plot of land has been purchased.

■Deactivating the Automatic Removal
Preparations for the automatic removal will be deactivated if at least one member of a free company accesses the free company estate, or if the owner of a private estate enters their house at least once before the Removal Date.
To confirm whether the automatic removal status has been deactivated, please go to the “Timers” interface section in-game. If the “Preparing for automatic removal” status has disappeared, this will indicate that the deactivation was successful.

*Please note that the automatic removal status will not be deactivated if a housemate through the house-sharing feature enters a private estate instead of the actual owner.

■After an estate has been removed
Once a plot of land or estate has been removed, furnishings and items left within the estate will also be automatically removed. However, for a limited time after an estate has been removed, some indoor and outdoor furnishings and gil can be retrieved from the “Resident Caretaker” NPC in each residential district.

◆Items that can be retrieved
・80% of the price paid for the estate grounds in gil
　・Indoor and outdoor furnishings that are not destroyed upon removal
・Personal chocobos placed in the Chocobo Stables*
*Personal chocobos can be retrieved from the “Housing Enthusiast” NPC in each residential district.
◆Items that cannot be retrieved
・Construction permits
・Indoor and outdoor furnishings that are destroyed upon removal
・Interior and exterior walls
・Gil spent to add rooms
・Unharvested crops
・Aetherial wheels currently charging
・Gil spent to add a company workshop
・Company crafting log/sky maps/plans/progress made for unlocking Exploratory Missions
・Airships owned by the free company

*For free company estates, only members with the privilege to “Purchase/Relinquish Land” can retrieve the aforementioned items. For private estates, only the owner of the estate can retrieve these items. Please note that the indoor and outdoor furnishings and gil cannot be retrieved after 35 days from the day of removal.

*If you have already deactivated the automatic removal status before receiving this email, you can disregard this notification. To confirm whether the automatic removal status has been deactivated, please go to the “Timers” interface in-game. If the “Preparing for automatic removal” status has disappeared, this will indicate that the deactivation was successful.

I mean I don't visit it THAT much but I WAS in it sometime in February. It's very odd.

Makes you wonder how often they mess up the thing. You THINK you have 45 days and poof, the place is gone before then. :O

Some people even say they get NO mail before it goes away.
