Nise has been very busy for the past few weeks saving Elixir pots in Occult Crescent south horn!
Nise already had the 1000 pots completed achievement for the "persistent pal" title, but Se released a 2k one!!
while nise feels like the 1k one was enough for everyone nise felt obligated to get the second one after had already gotten the first.
Nise while she had her disagreements with this achievement, had a good time mainly because of the people she was grinding this achievement with, nise met a great number of nice achievement hunters and we all got to talk together to pass the time over our weeks of logging in each day and grinding so that was an upside, and this goofy title, its pretty funny so nise really didnt mind . >w<
the downside is 1 pot every 30 minutes x2000 and you are not even guaranteed one due to 20 person cap this is the intended means of doing pots, yes you can get double pots but they hardly make up for it in an instance of 72 people sadly. thats 41 days or 984 HOURS of active playtime IF you got a pot every time, Nise is struggling to understand if anyone at SE calculated this or what, no offense OC will not have 41 days of content even with north horn and 100 clears of forked tower of blood and magic included doubt it comes to even half of that.
Nise really thinks this second achievement was silly to add personally knowing full well it was intended for north horn, even with 2 instances 1000 was enough for the average player to have to go out of their way a little to achieve this kind of grind across hours in both instances, but nise feels like 2000 is a step WAY too far, maybe it should of been 500 for each north horn and south horn instead.
But alas nise grinded it anyway because she's silly and has the willpower and ability to hyperfixate like that, this is not really an achievement for the faint hearted it will burn you out a few times maybe SE intends to bring pots down to 10-15m like bunny fates in eureka or even take the 20 player cap away, then nise will eat her words loool
am happy to be done this got a little ranty! am just worried about the future of field op content if they intend on repeating this kind of thing, it wasn't a 100% awful experience tho this achievement solo might get REALLY boring, am really thankful for all those nise met while grinding this, it was fun ranting and chatting about random stuff to pass the time <3
