Note: I find myself wanting to express my opinions on several topics and I think this is the place to be. My opinions are personal thoughts (and are not a critique), which I am not claiming to be right nor wrong. I am not expecting comments, otherwise I would have went to the official forum. In the event that there would be, I honor and respect everybody else’s opinion, though I’d prefer a healthy conversation over that of a heated debate.

Some FFXIV players believe that the summoner is now a summoner and that we should be moving to the cloud.
Rasler’s Opinion:
I’m happy for the Summoner mains out there. It is really now a summoner. I can’t wait to try it myself. (I’ve capped all jobs). I feel ok too with the visuals for my my former main Paladin. As for my main job, Dragoon, that new skill visual is amazing. I’m happy Blood of the Dragoon is now a trait. I am looking forward to the next tier of my current skills. I hope to be able to do more damage when I am attacking a single enemy as I am quite happy already with its AoE attacks.
I wish they also put in armor gear coffers in raids and alliance raid duties of previous expansions.
New crafters and gatherers would seem to have an even easier life with the removal of some HQ sources. I agree they are inventory bloat and frustrating to have separate inventory slots for NQ and HQ.
Teleportation fees should have been increasing instead of capped. That I think was not the right move when Stormblood was released and the WoL has to teleport from Limsa to Hingashi at just 999 gil. I think it is a correct money sink.
I’m happy that the Oceania DC is still on track and I pray no more, or at least just minimal delays, in the future. As for the physical servers versus cloud, I’m no expert but I believe the team is really looking after the players’ interests.
