Im a long time player of final fantasy XIV . I realize you get messages all the time and there are alot of blogs and forum posts on this subject. Removing the cross class system and stripping down the jobs as well as changing the pvp system to not allow regular skills . Has fostered elitism and is slowly making jobs uninteresting and boring. the players themselves say this on a constant basis . At present the issues are different from person to person but groups are forming that are anti specific jobs because they fiew them as too simple repetitive and boring. pvp is not seen as anything relevant near nobody likes it and only play frontlines for exp . Looking at the effect it is having Removing the stances was a good choice . Removing the cross class system and the majority of defining skills was not a good choice. So i come as a player that has been playing and knows what was lost and what is being said now. Please restore the cross class system and the lost skills minus the stances. They game currently is growing but seeing stagnation and a growing exit number due to the simplicity and those who further gate keep because they learned a simple rotation is growing creating a toxic feel to the upper level players. Simplifyng the jobs grants everyone the same playing field but it is a small window and those who learn faster discriminate those who do not . the only way to fix it is to restore variability to the jobs.
