A real good day today. Today was a double-header stream, starting off with some Pinball, followed by
HoloCure. I had a good solid 7 hours of sleep, so I wanted to make the most of this before I (possibly) go back to having shitty sleeps again. Oh, and
Keitaro87 as well as
yangwright (giving me some Hololive lore. Always helpful!) came by, the usual bunch.
Anyway, for the Pinball it was pretty good. I tried a few brand new tables in
Zaccaria Pinball. Both were meh. Did some randos afterwards. A good one, beating a few of my previous high scores, especially on the POSTAL Redux Remake table, beating a score that was already super high. And
Pinball FX3 was next, doing more random tables. Not too bad. As with Zacc, I beat a few scores, especially on the Jurassic Park table, where I really kicked ass. But after a couple of hours, I called it good so I can get into some
HoloCure.
And HoloCure went real well for the most part. This time, I did progression runs with Ceres Fauna, completing the second, third, and fourth stages. I also tried knocking out the fifth stage, but
I got knocked out instead. *sigh* I also did some mat farming, and I even checked out the Casino. A good place for some fun unwinding, but I still prefer either doing runs or doing mat farming instead (FWIW back when I played FF XIV I didn't do The Gold Saucer much, preferring to do dailies and dungeons/trials/etc., as well as crafting/gathering; I'm not a big casino guy).
But, I definitely gotta say,
Today was a good day! :DTuesdayGems of War was just a quicky this morning. Did some of the dailies (
Underspire is on the wane now, being at a point where I'm no longer one-shotting the enemies), and I managed to finish off what I needed to do in
PvP as well. So, called it good after that.
And so, the second episode of Hikaru no Go. Apparently there's a lot of post-production work involved with being a pro. And as a content creator, I know this all too well. And it looks like ol' Sai is becoming obsolete, Hikaru becoming a pro and all. Well, look on the bright side. If your student kicks your ass, that's a huge compliment! Oh well, at least they get to catch up on some history. And it seems
Senator Palpatine has great interest in young Anakin Skywalker fate has big plans for Hikaru.
BOOOOY did the world pass by Sai. They're really setting the table for this season!

Real good stream today. And like yesterday, it was a split stream, starting with Pinball and then HoloCure. And hooooo boy was it busy!

yangwright came by, as usual. But
lobmo78,
white_wimmin, and a new visitor named
spartan9828 dropped by as well. And even
Lmartyr came by, right at the start of my stream. Good to see him! Been a long time. He lives in Austria, and I live in the United States; He's sleeping when I wake up. But, I practically talked myself hoarse today lol.
But for the Pinball, it actually went good like yesterday. In Zacc I beat a few more scores. And in Pinball FX3's
weekly matchup league it went pretty good, managing to get myself stable enough to not get knocked down a tier this week. Randos also went good, beating yet a few more scores. So, made some progress today.
And HoloCure was another good one, although my stream quality really took a hit because of it. I played Watame this time, the burger-loving "
Heal 'em to death" character.
Yangwright actually gave me some tips for playing her. It actually worked too well! It kicks ass, but also slows down my game and stream because of all the mass carnage it causes. Sheesh! Anyway, still liking the game though. But, that's Tuesday.
;)WednesdaySooooo, episode 3..... Poor Sai. He's really feeling the cold shoulder right now. Apparently Hikaru forgot his roots. And a lot of smoking in this episode I had to skip (a major turn-off for me), so I don't know that much about this one. And Sai might wanna start job hunting. Oh, wait. He's a bound spirit. Never mind. Oh, I forgot to mention, Hikaru plays Akira's dad, a bonafide grandmaster. So, I'm guessing episodes 4-15 are gonna be all about that lol. Oh, and this morning's Gems sesh was just a quick 5-10 minute thing. Just did the basics and got outta there.
So, that's gonna be it for the weekend. The workweek has started up so,
