A fairly good day in Guild Wars 2, just running world bosses, as well as doing an open-world daily or two. And jayhotlaps and Keitaro87 dropped by for a bit as well, but didn't stay long. It happens.

Didn't do much this morning, just played Guild Wars 2 for a little while, replenishing food stocks and trying out gardening for the first time. Definitely not rocket science. Just click to plant and come back tomorrow. :/> Finished off my last open-world daily as well.

I also played some - *GASP!* - FF XIV as well, and worked on Skybuilder crafting. My main goal is to get 1600(?) Skybuilder scrip so I can buy that "Read Book" emote, or whatever it's called. I wanted that ever since I first made a scholar. Not sure why they wouldn't have had that since the beginning, but it is what it is.




An all right time in Guild Wars 2 today. I did most of the world bosses, but one of them I had to skip since he was bugged (he appeared after doing the pre-events but didn't do anything, just stood there). The other I had to ixnay on since I was starting to nod off, as well as having to wait at least 10 minutes until the battle would start, assuming the boss didn't bug out (pre-events have a habit of restarting some time after doing them).


And Footsies went pretty well, even tying my high score on survival mode. So, definitely a good solid session today. :)>

Streamed some Guild Wars 2 this morning on a whim. I did my open-world dailies that I didn't get around to doing last night. And then I worked on my cooking questline (aka Gourmet Training), and after spending/wasting much time and gold,......



I finally got it done! I also experimented some with a new engineer spec called a "Holosmith" which, mechanically, works like the machinist's heat gauge does in FF XIV. When heat is above 50%, your abilities are more powerful/have extra benefits. But unlike FF XIV if it hits 100%,....



You end up taking a lot of damage and most of your abilities go on cooldown. Didn't care for the spec, mostly because I can't use my flamethrower all the time, as it gets replaced by holosmith abilities.
Gotta werf da flammen!




An okay Guild Wars 2 session today. Did all the world bosses, and did an open-world daily or two as well, so that went good.

Didn't do so well on Footsies though. I just kept screwing up over and over, getting the timing and range wrong. So I just called it off before I got too frustrated, same thing I do in Pinball.

Oh, and Lmartyr showed me this when he came by. Yikes!


Apparently they got some killer bees over there in Austria. :O>
