【先生登場】
素人考えではそろそろ限界なので、ここでグーグル先生の登場である。
色々と御教授頂いた結果、

・ランチャーのクリーンインストール(再インストール)
・電源ユニットの劣化
・マザボの電池の寿命

これらの項目が上がってきた。

使用しているPCは購入から6年程経過している為、電源ユニットとマザボ電池に関しては、有り得るだろうと思えた。
電源ユニットはコンビニじゃ売ってないが、マザボ電池はボタン電池なのでコンビニで売ってる。
マザボ電池をすぐに買ってきて取り替えたが、フリーズは起こる。

電源ユニットに関しては、素人が自分で交換するには知識が足りなくて若干怖い。

すぐに試せる手立てとして残るのは、ランチャーのクリーンインストールのみ。
（今思えば何故これが真っ先に出てこなかったのか・・・。）
